This Payment & Refund Policy explains how payments are processed and under what circumstances refunds are applicable.
1. Payment Methods
We accept:
- UPI / Bank Transfer
- Cheque / DD
- Online Payment Gateway
- Cash (as permitted by law)
2. Booking Amount
- A booking amount is required to reserve a plot.
- Booking is confirmed only after issuing an official receipt.
- Booking amount is non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in a specific agreement.
3. EMI / Installment Payments
- Installments must be paid on or before the due date.
- Late payments may lead to penalties, interest, or cancellation as per agreement.
- If EMI is discontinued, the plot may be put back into availability.
4. Refund Rules
Refunds may be applicable only in the following cases:
- If the project is legally cancelled by authorities.
- If a payment is deducted twice due to technical error.
- If the customer cancels within 24 hours of booking (only for website-based bookings).
Refund Exclusions
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Change of mind after 24 hours
- Personal financial issues
- Delayed paperwork due to customer
- Failure to obtain loan approval
- No-show at registration or documentation
5. Refund Process
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7โ14 working days.
- Refund will be credited through the same payment method used for the transaction.
- The customer must provide valid ID and payment proof.
6. Payment Disputes
Any disputes or clarifications must be raised within 72 hours of payment via:
