Is your 0% EMI better than taking a bank loan for a plot?
 
 
In virtually all cases, yes. Bank plot loans typically carry 8.5%–11% annual interest which significantly inflates the total amount you pay. Our in-house EMI charges zero interest, meaning your total outgo equals exactly the plot price — nothing more.
